Okay,maybe not, 
but I was looking at some of the competitors products and things like IK Multimedia’s Amplitube and I was noticing that you can purchase INDIVIDUAL components for download and use in the software, and that got me to thinking.
Now that EZ Drummer 2 allows for swapping of INDIVIDUAL kit pieces, wouldn’t it be lovely if individual drums were offered for sale through a “Custom Shop” type of arrangement? For example, being able to purchase individual ride cymbals, or snares, or bass drums, toms, etc…? It seems like that would be a good financial model for Toontrack as well as an added attraction for users. Toontrack could start with the drums they’ve already sampled for the SDX expansions, I know there are a few individual snares and rides I would probably like to have from SDX kits in my EZDrummer setup. It would also make it easier to add unique “one off” instruments to EZDrummer without having to create a full kit or concept with included MIDI etc…
Just a thought now that EZD2 supports individual pieces!
