Hi,
With the standalone track editor. How does it deal with / can it do things like triplet fills (used in most nu-metal songs, three hits on the snare and tom)? Trying to achieve this in Cubase is a pain and so I am hoping that there is something here to make this easier.
Also, what if I want a track that starts 4/4 then goes 3/4 for the chorus and something else for the solo? Is that possible?
Thanks
James

There is no piano roll editor in EZDrummer2 but if you can tap or play it (or close to it), there is quantization to help you pocket it.
See attachment below.

EZDrummer2 will play whatever MIDI is you’ve programmed in your DAW, at any time signature, tempo, etc.
but if you’re going to create & leave the MIDI in EZDrummer2’s internal songtrack,
In neither the standalone or plugin, EZDrummer2 has no ability to change time signatures within its embedded timeline…
at least not within a single instance of the plugin.
With the plugin, I’d recommend two separate instrument tracks; each with an instantiation of the EZDrummer2 plugin for each time signature.
