I have bought the pre-released EZDrummer 2. But im having issues updating it to the latest updates.
What should I do?
If you can’t install the 2.0.2 update to your current installation, then download and install version 2.0.0 from My Account/My Products, then download the latest update 2.0.2 and install.

I have the same issue. However EZDrummer 2 is greyed out and unavailable in My Account/My Products. Only the EZDrummer 2 Upgrade is available.
Snatch59: Can’t you press EZdrummer 2 in your products list, and then press the button that I marked with the red circle in the image?
I added a Santa Claus to the image since it’s Christmas

Hi Henrik, EZDrummer 2 just isn’t available in my products list at all – so no buttons to press! However the EZDrummer 2 Upgrade is in my products list, which of course can’t upgrade my pre-release version. Seems like you’ve forgotten to make EZDrummer 2 available to me. I you need any details about my EZDrummer 2 pre-release purchase please let me know.

You will only see the EZdrummer 2 upgrade in your My Products because you bought and registered the Upgrade product. It contains the same full product and updates as the ‘Regular’ EZdrummer 2.
Do you have the 2.0.2 update under your Update tab for the EZD2 Update?
What version number is currently showing in your EZD 2 interface?

Ok got it now . Downloaded and installed the EzDrummer2 2.0.0 “Upgrade”, then installed the 2.0.2 upgrade. Everything is now up to date and working wonderfully. Thanks for all your help and a Merry Christmas to you all.
