Absolutely EZD2 needs more control over articulations. I’m bothered that I can’t create my personal drum layout that includes a left and right functional high hat as well as fully articulate-able ride cymbals on the right and left side of the kit. I often use the interplay between the multiple hi-hat sounds and multiple ride bell or ride edge sounds as a device to create more interesting textures in my songs.
