Bought EZKeys online this morning and tried every which way to get it to authorise. Just keeps telling me the reg number is not the correct one. I have checked the comp id, the authorisation code and the. Registration and all are correct but it will just not authorise. Keeps coming up with incorrect authorisation and registration number Any help would be useful please

I can see the reg info in your account and the response code is the one ending with ‘-2YJ’.
Are you entering the response code manually or using copy/paste?
