8 Hours I have spent trying to find the grooves. No forum or you tube tutorial has helped me. I AM A NICE GUY BUT THIS IS DRIVING ME BONKERS!
I have work to do and this is stopping me
Can someone please advise me of this before I pull the last remaining hair out of my head.
Cheers Rob (Angry and frustrated)

I just installed it and am having the same problem. I didn’t purchase any addons / presets though.
Does the standard installation not have grooves?
Edit: The MIDI download wasn’t there the first time. I’m set!
>Does the standard installation not have grooves?
No, they are not on the DVDs. You download them from your Toontrack account.
That FAQ link is correct, although a bit “all your base are belong to us”.

Which update is the grove for the regular SD?

It’s in the Updates tab and named ‘MIDI pack update’.

At the top of your My Products page, you can filter PC, Mac, or Both to show the updates you want.

@Scott
MY MIDI files are all present in the EZDrummer folder, but the S2.0 groove library is empty. I’m guessing that the software is not looking in the right place. Is there a way I can redirect where it looks for the MIDI files? They are where the installer put them, but I guess S2.0 isn’t looking there. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
Update: Double clicking on the My MIDIFILES folder does nothing. And I can’t drag and drop any midi files into the Groove Library browser, as per the manual, because nothing happens when I do.

How to i locate the grooves? everything eelse comes up but the grooves?
can someone explain? Thank you for your help i’m going crazy !
Hi Piper123,
as for installing, the Core MIDI is available as a download under the Superior Drummer 3 Library Part 1 downloads in the Product Manager.
Once installed, they appear on the Grooves page in Superior Drummer 3.

John
