This post has been awaiting moderation for over 10 days, and there seems to be no other way to contact the company since there is no email capability on the contact / FAQ page. There is also no phone number listed.

If there’s no way to contact the company other than the forum, and my posts are held indefinitely in a moderation queue, what should I do to get support?

Hey, guys.

Hope this is the appropriate forum, I’m brand new to ToonTrack. I tried searching the forums for BFD, but there’s a minimum of 4 characters required and thus the name of a Toon Track major competitor can’t be searched. Thought I’d mention that for the web devs since I’m sure I’m not the first person to consider defecting to EZ Drummer from another product.

I just bought EZ Drummer 2 last night, and it’s exactly the solution I was looking for in my songwriting. I’m currently using BFD 2 in all my Cubase projects but am considering giong with EZ for future stuff. That said, I have a boatload of grooves in BFD, and it would be nice if I could import them into the EZ Drummer 2 environment.

Does anyone know how to do this, preferably in some sort of batch oriented way?
