I’m having the same issue,
While extracting the files I get: Error 0x80004005: Unspecified error, soundb0.obw, Type: OBW File, Date modified: 4/10/2014 8:52pm, Size: 1.80GB
then if I skip, when I go to install EZdrummer 64bit I get:
Error 1308.Source file not found: C:users@#$%DownloadsTT206_EZdrummer2_Win_200(1)EZdrummer 2_WINInstall|EZDHOME…soundb0.obw. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
I’m running Windows 7 64bit
Hi,
are you 100% sure you have first Right-clicked and performed an ‘Extract all…’ before running the installer?
The 1308 error is usually related to browsing the ZIP instead of extracting and running the installer.

Yes I am certain. I have now got the extraction to complete without error. However, I get a 1330 and error 24592 winverifytrust.
I get this error upgrading OS to WIN7 64 bit reinstalling toontrack2 upgrade
what is the fix please
What is the exact error message? There have been a few error messages mentioned in this thread.

Hi Scott, I’m having the same error here.
No problem with EZ Drummer or the Twisted Kit EZX, but the issue occurs with the Drumkit from Hell EZX and the Latin Percussion EZX.
For both, I have unzipped the download file and installed the kits successfully:
In the EZDrummer/EZX_Percussion/Sounds folder (for example), I only have 2 files:
And when loading these kits on EZ Drummer I’ve got the following error message:
I hope this helps for debugging

Please install the latest version of EZD. According to your pic, you’re running version 1.2.0. The latest version is 1.4.0. The latest version of the EZXs require the latest version of EZD.

Guys I have a good news for you all.
when i installed Ezdrummer2 on my 64bit PC. I got the same error as “Error 0x80004005: Unspecified error, soundb0.obw”. which means the extraction has not done properly. Here I found a solution.
I extracted the same downloaded file in my 32 bit acer laptop using 7Z1805(Older version of 7Zip) Extractor. I could finally extract it completely.
I pasted the successfully extracted file to my 64bit PC and installed it successfully.
Note: Extract the file in a 32bit Laptop using 7Z1805 extracter.
