I´ve tried MIDI “Learn” for all hi-hat parameters like closed edge, closed tip, tight edge, tight tip, seq soft, open 1, 2, 3…and so on….
But I never succed to complete my VH-12 do the exact trigg respons in superior 2 as directly from my TD-20 sound module.
Is there anyone who knows exactly who to do, and also know which CC number that will be used and when you shall type the CC number (CC04?) into the
“Key column” and which parameters (like closed pedal/open pedal) who need a CC number to work correctly with my VH-12. I think this was not easy to do really well so that superior 2 and metal foundry understand when I play hi-hat “chokes/chicks”, practically, hitting the edge and quickly choke/close the hi-hat after the hit.
So, please is there anyone who can, in a methodically and pedagogical way, explain step by step for me how to execute this mapping procedure in the right order for the Roland VH-12 hi hat.
I also find out from Cubase, after recording my hi hat, that my VH-12 hi hat only produces the D0, G#1, and A#1 MIDI numbers.
Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you should ask in the Superior Help forum rather
than here.
