I’ve used my Superior Drummer plugin for several years now. I bought it in a pack with downloads for several other kits as well like Claustrophobic, Nashville, Twisted Kit, etc (I haven’t bought these extra kits, so I obviously don’t have access codes to them). This usually isn’t a problem though, since I only use the original Superior Drummer kit.
But yesterday, when I tried to open the Superior Drummer plugin, it brings up the Authorization pop-up window as if I just bought it. I looked through my past emails, found the correct code, and entered it. It said that the authorization was successful, but it still won’t let me access that original Superior Drummer kit. It only takes me to the authorization pop-ups for Claustrophobic, Nashville, Twisted Kit, etc. If I click “cancel” on each of those kits, it only takes me back around in a circle to the kits I already clicked “cancel” on. It’s almost as if the original Superior Drummer kit is no longer available. I just want to use that one kit! Does anyone here know what’s wrong? Thanks in advance!

Since I can not find you in the database, you will need to contact Support via the Support Portal, providing your serial and email address for registering your products, so you can get proper access to help and the registered users section.
