I just feel like bringing this back in terms of re-authorising software after passing your 4 registrations.
I have now been waiting nearly a week to hear from Toontrack and feel that this way of authorisation is tottaly non practical.
I mean nearly a week?
I never had to go through this with NI, Ivory or Cubase plug ins.
It’s a fact that people do upgrade every year/couple of years.
I have now moved to two macs from two pcs and my work flow has stopped for nearly a week.
I believe Toontrack should give the opportunity to legitimate buyers to use iLok etc.
I understand that there is an extra expense for the ilok idea but for those of us that already have it,
it won’t cost us a penny and we will be able to move from one computer to another with ease.
Yes, Toontrack promises we won’t run out of authorisations but do I really need to wait on them until
I get my new system going again?
I have purchased NY Studios, Metal Foundry, Music City USA, EZ Drummer, SD2, Latin percussion and sitting
here waiting for an authorisation.
Sorry, not happy, something needs to be done here.
