You are using the MIDI pack with EZdrummer or Superior Drummer 2 yes? Input that serial number. If you don’t know it, it is located in the My Products section of your Toontrack account.
If your credit card did indeed get charged for the purchase, you’ll need to contact Toontrack directly. Go to http://www.Toontrack.com click the ‘About’ tab, and select ‘Contact Shipping/Office’.
This isn’t something that can be fixed via the forum so you need to contact Toontrack through the method above.
