Overall my experience with Toontrack is that they have an excellent, customer-focussed attitude. The products themselves show that a lot of thought has gone into making them very usable and fun, and my support requests usually get answered very quickly. But there is one thing which annoys me, and which would be very easy to fix — please, email existing customers when there is a product update. I know you have my email address, because I hear from you whenever you want me to buy a new product or upgrade; but when there is an update, I’m lucky to hear about it. I only found out about the EZKeys update because I happen to read about it on KVR (which I check only occasionally), and then, a week later, because it was mentioned in a Toontrack email which had the paid EZKeys upright expnasion as the main headline. That email was the only time Toontrack ever emailed me to tell me about an update. I then logged on to my account and saw that there have been updates out for almost every other Toontrack item I have, but no one told me. I shouldn’t have to check the Toontrack site periodically for this. It is so basic to tell existing customers about updates, even one-man companies like Voxengo, for example, do it. Please make this small effort; it won’t cost you anything, and will show how much you love us
