Not my area, but I am curious.

Let’s say you have EZKeys running on a computer at the highest resolution possible. Even then, I think adding resolution just makes EZKeys smaller.

Take a screenshot.

What more do you want? Put it in Photoshop and interpolate it to your 300 dpi.

No higher resolution source might exist to start from unless it was taken from a vector, right? I’d think that would be hard to come by for something like this.

as Damian stated there is a press kit, though most of the screengrab resources will not be particularly hi-res.

If none of this is suitable please contact the office using the contact form on the site, but be aware that, indeed, such resources are unlikely available – at best the background may be possible to render at a higher quality but that would not depict the product as it is in its final form (with controls and text). If you have special requirements, a Monday deadline is pretty much a non starter however, I’m afraid 🙁
