    You don’t need to register your product again, and in fact can’t, as you found out. It is attached to your original account (the ‘someone else’ is you!). Log into it using your original account email address/password.

    If you want to change the email address associated with your Toontrack account, click on the ‘Account’ section in your TT account.

    I have had my email account compromised and I changed it. I received an email telling me that it has been changed to my new account. I am unable to access toontrack because it tells me that there is an internal server error and i am running in demo mode. I have ez drummer lite can someone please help me before I blow my brains out?

    Are you saying that you can’t access your Toontrack account? You changed the email address associated with your Toontrack account but now, using your new email address, you can’t log in? I’m just trying to make sure I have this right.

    You can try deleting the cookies in your browser or trying a different browser. I’ve tried logging into my Toontrack account with Chrome and didn’t have any problems.
