Every time i click on the pc button to download ez drummer i get kicked to the log in page for email and password. My money has been taken and i cant access the product. extremely frustrating and not a good start. Can
anyone help please?
I can see from your account activity that you have succeeded in downloading the 1.3.1 update but you need the full product installed first. I guess that’s the big red PC button in your account you’re talking about?
I just tried downloading it, which worked, so the link itself is indeed valid. Do you have any kind of Anti-viral software running that might be interfering?
Do you have another browser to try? I just tried with Firefox.
Just my opinion – Apple programs are no good on PC. Not any one of them. Go with an alternative.
In fact they behave like a virus. Once you have one, it will mercilessly keep bugging you to install all the others. Quicktime will take over your file preferences and never give them back, sometimes even if you jump through all the hoops that you think you need in order to re-assign them. The latter may be a crappy Windows behavior one could argue, but the fact that it’s so difficult to prevent QT from taking them over in the first place is not a great sign.
