VOLiTiANHey all, this is a project I’m working on with my band, these mixes are sans vox for the moment (it’s okay we’ve got them, we’re just re-recording them) but figured I might get you guys to have a look at the instrumental mix and suggest some direction.
Also for the guitarists these are 7-string tracks, weighing in at some hefty running time, we’ve focused on making things progressive but coherent (and we like to think interesting) for the track run times rather than just waffly prog hehehe. all our tracks are written with a specific story behind them and they are written with distinct choruses, so we try and convey the emotion/state of mind musically as well as lyrically so hopefully it creates a much more cohesive track.

“5 Minutes to a Brighter Future” – Drop A, 8mins run time
“R.E.M.embered” – Drop G, 14mins run time
