    Select your Product, then category ‘Account’ and click ‘My issue is not covered in this FAQ, what next?’. Then click ‘Contact Support’ and fill in the form.

    tried that …all i hit is dead ends ….super frustrated with this…Musicians friend sent me my ser# …but it says already registered…and that old login email is dead …and forgot my old password…yes my probs always get complicated

    When you say ‘tried that…all i hit is dead ends…’ does this mean you can’t contact Toontrack via the Support Portal or that you did contact Toontrack but they couldn’t help you?

    i ended up getting the same message i c alot uv ppl hav gotten …this page cannot be displayed…i tried evry category i thought this prob was related to…this is an odd support system …dont know how to share my purchase info privately with toontrack…to fix this prob,,,reset my account maybe plz!!!someway of pluggin my ser# into the new account i had to create

    Try contacting them via http://www.Toontrack.com and click the ‘About’ tab and select ‘Contact Shipping/Office’.

    ok im about done …iv tried all this stuff…ur fire walled support is useless ..im goin to hav to buy different software..as this is proving to be a waste of my time and MONEY …cannot recomend this stuff for anyone..on support alone ..this takes way to long to fix…this is BS… i bought my EZdrummer from Musicians friend Dec 31 2010..$99.00…Item # H70047000001000….Order # S04643119….web order # 0012 0101 Q311 8173 4866…used paypal i hav all that info …i may post my SER# so at least someone might get to use it…I sure cant

    must register product for support….i cant register my product without support…i hav tried this in vain many times

    PM me your name, account email address that your product is registered to (even if you forgot the password) as well as your current Toontrack account info so Toontrack can remove the license from the old account and put it in the new account. Include your serial number. I can then forward the info to the head of Toontrack support. Sorry you’ve had a difficult time contacting them.

    problem fixed ….i really hope i dont hav any issues in the future…THX for the software reset ….im off and drumming
