i have 2 removed/available authorizations and needing one cleared asap. can someone could help me out?
I cannot find an EZdrummer serial registered to the email address connected with your Forum ID. Did you register under another address? If so, please use the Support Portal to contact Support, providing your serial number.

scott just pm me that he freed one up but the block is just blank and there is no tab to click to authorize. the account email is *EDIT-email address removed*
Hi,
that is right. Scott has removed one of the inactive ones so you still have one free but you can not have more than 2 active at the same time. You need to deactivate/remove one of the 2 active ones to be able to Authorize another computer.
The oldest Auth is for the computer described as ‘in-SINNER-rater’.
