I loaded up EZdrummer into Solo to see if it performed any better than when hosted through cubase and a strange thing happened. With exactly the same midi notes being sent from my module, everything worked as it does though cubase except for the snare drum which for some reason wouldn’t trigger. I went back into cubase to see if it was happening there and everything was fine. Anyone experienced this with EZdrummer through Solo? I tried scrolling through all the midi notes associated with the map, managed to get the rim shot sound but the snare head wouldn’t trigger on any note.
Are you using the ‘E-drums’ preset in Solo?

XP SP3, Roland TD-6 using a Belkin midi to usb interface. Not sure what version of EZdrummer as it’s not my copy (i’ve been using to figure out which software out of EZD and SD2 to buy). The version of solo was downloaded 2 nights ago. It sounds great through Cubase but I just wanted to see if using Solo would mean I could bring the latency down further and free up resources to use bigger kits, particularly if I go with SD2
