I currently use Superior Drummer and an Alesis electronic drum kit to record drums, as the sound quality of Superior Drummer is unmatched. My only gripe is, when I hit the mute trigger on the drums (works exactly like any acoustic cymbal), the sound of the cymbal doesn’t only stop, another note is hit (the cymbal mute note). As a result, you hear the sound of the crash, and the sound of another crash being hit and muted. Would it be possible to add a crash control note so that the cymbal can be muted at any time without the sound of another cymbal crash being muted? (Sorry if this is confusing to read)
Just wanted to add, there is a Hi-Hat control button that stops the sound of the Hi-Hats, and I was wondering if this could be added to all the cymbals as well.
