Enclosed is a link to an Americana-Rockish track that I recorded and produced. Pretty much the one man bad thing happening here. I used the Toontrack Metal Machine kit with the Black Beauty snare. I laced it up with drum bus present from EZ Mix- adding some electrics/acoustic, some vocals and some Scarbee bass from NI!
What’s most impressive to me is how versatile I’m finding this Metal Machine package to be. It can do so much more than metal, and with little effort at all you can dial in a radio-ready contemporary sound! Congrats Toontrack for making one badass product – Oh, yeah and EZ MIX 2 is spectacular!
