Hi,
I tried to install ezdrummer lite and Toontrack Solo on my PC with Windows 7. I wanted to evaluate the software with the EDrum Roland TD-9. Without success. Midi-Connection is by a Noname Midi-to-USC-cable.
I don’t hear anything. The programm starts, if I click the drums by mouse, I can hear sounds, so “audio out” is ok. But hitting the drums on my Roland set, I don’t hear any sound at all.
I installed “Addictive drums” on rhe PC as well – which works perfectly fine – so the flow of data from the ROland module to the PC seems to be ok as well.
I dont habe any more clues to check anything else. Please Help !!
Best regards
Jürgen
Hi,
have you selected the MIDI Interface in Toontrack solo?

Yes, MIDI is selected.
I checked at the Roland Drum Kit, that the default MIDI channels are art channel 10.
I tried it with several MIDI-Channels settings in Toontrack.
My next try:
Access EZ-drummer via the VSTHost-Programm of Hermannseib.vom (Thats the host prgramm which drives the Addictive Drum Demo)
I’m having a similar problem. When I first installed TT solo and EZdrummer everything seemed to work fine. Now…the mouse gets a sound, but my edrums don’t trigger TTsolo. ???
Which version of Toontrack solo and EZdrummer Lite are you running?
