Can someone explain why my question was moved from this forum and still not answered? It doesn’t make sense to have a forum and not let someone who might be able to help another with an issue they may have resolved. I really am disappointed b/c I really need help getting SD2.0 program started as I stated in my previous posts that were moved and rather than answer the questions or let someone else answer it an Administrator remove it. I even sent requests per Toontrack’s support on yesterday and today via the portal still no response but you can respond by taking down my questions for help via the forum on today? If I don’t get my questions answered I want a full refund.
