It’d be great if I could drag the bottom corner of the EZmix GUI so I can see all the columns and the info without having to scroll.

But basically the whole GUI should be improved. Use some colors or changing fader names instead of shape and blend that can mean the strangest thing having nothing to do with shape and blend.
