The transport in the Browser will not sync (start/stop) with your host transport control if that’s what you’re asking.

You can, however, drag a file to a track in the Arranger and sync the Arranger track play/stop to your host transport. Tick the ‘Follow Host Play/Stop’ and ‘Follow Host Position’ options under the Track ‘Settings’ menu. You may not want the ‘Follow Host Position’ option ticked unless you are creating your part in the EZplayer Arranger and want the time positions to sync.

    thanks for your reply.
    Just to clarify:
Basically I want to “browse” the midi-files in Realtime, similar EZDrummer browser sync in time (and bar position) with the host to preview the loops quickly. During my sequencer is playing other tracks…And than decide, after finding the right loop to drag it into the arrange window of Logic. That’s how EZDrummer works for me. And it is great and intuitive. So is EZPlayer different here? If so, why?

    It works fine here.

When I brows a MIDI file in EZplayer here (Reaper) the MIDI files syncs to the project tempo and bar position.

I don’t use a Mac or Logic so I’ll have to yield the floor to other Mac/Logic users.

thanks Scott. In Logic it is not doing it (at least on my system). very odd. it is such an obvious and important feature. For me it would be THE feature why I would use EZplayer to host my midifiles.

Are any Logic-User using the browser to host sync (bar position)…?
