Hi,
I think you are referring to EZdrummer Lite, right? It’s a plugin so you will have to load it in your preferred host as you usually load plugins.

Hi.
Yes, it is EZdrummer Lite.
I have bought a nanoPAD and got an offer with a serial number to download EZdrummer Lite.
So, it is useless if I don´t already have another program?
Thanks.
You can always use it with Toontrack solo but solo does not offer sequencing capabilities like e.g Cubase, Reaper, Sonar, Logic, Pro Tools and Studio One does.

Thanks.
I have now downloaded and installed Toontrack solo.
When it starts it says: “Couldn’t find any drummers. Please select a path.”
I have browsed and tried c:Proghram Files 8×86)ToontrackEZDrummer but it doesn’t work
I have also tried some sub path under …EZDrummers… but that doesn’t work.
I don’t’ understand what I have to do.
You have to use the 32-bit version of Toontrack solo and the ezdrummer.dll file would most likely be installed to ‘C:Program Files(x86)VSTplugins’ by Default.

I have installed the 64-bit version. I have Vist 64-bit so I assumed it was the correct one.
Now I try to uninstall it. I choose ‘Uninstall Toontrack solo’ from the meny but it says “This procedure is only valid for products that is currently installed”
(Well, it says it in Swedish, but I tried my best to translate it into English)
So, now I can’t uninstall the 64-bit version, and I don’t know if I can install the 32-bit version before the 64-bit version is removed.
Thanks for all help.
I tried to install the 32-bit version, ignoring the 64-bit verison still installed, and now it works at last.
There is some delay in the sound.
When I tap on my nanoPAD there are a short delay before the EZdrummer Lite plays the sound.
I have tested the naonPAD with MIDI-OX where I can se the MIDI messages, and there is no delay there.
Is there a bad/slow sound driver in my Windows Vista?
If so, can you recomend a faster/better sound driver?
Check Toontrack solo’s Latency settings:
Menu>Options>Audio>Latency Settings
and lower the Buffer Size until playable. If the audio breaks up when lowering it to acceptable latency, you should look into updating/changing drivers.

When I lower the buffer to 64 (smallest value) it is a little bit better but far from good.
I have found out that my sound card is a Realtek built into the mother board and it is no good.
I can connect any MIDI-device (IN and OUT) like Yamaha WX5, VL70m, EMT-10, KORG nano-series and everything is perfect when I play via MIDI.
I have to install another better sound card if I want the computer to play without any delay.
Thanks for all help.
I’m having the same problem on Windows 8, I installed it and found the .dll file, but it needs a specific program to run it, and I’m confused on what I should do
If you are using EZD 2, there should be an EZD program for standalone use. You can also open EZD 2 in a host like Cubase, ProTools, et al.

If you don’t have a host like I mentioned above, you can use Toontrack Solo.

Ok I download ezdrummer140 zip file and extract the contents. I install it successfully but nothing shows up and, the file is missing to run it. No new program installed message or anything. I haven’t registered it yet because I usually register it through the app itself. Do you there could be compatibility issue?
