I just purchased EZ drummer and downloaded it to my computer. When I try to authorize it, it states that my computer ID number is the wrong format. Ive spent hours trying to get this to work. This seems to be a toy for I T guys and not for real musicians. It would be faster to just play the drums myself. I feel like toontracks just stole my money.

Please follow the steps in the following video for authorization:

If the video doesn’t sort you out, please post back with the exact error message you are getting as well as some info on your system (OS, DAW, etc.).

I will assume you are sorted as I see in your account that you have now authorized your EZdrummer.
