How Can I fix it? ( My laptop use win Vista , I had checked Device Manager and I saw Trigger IO was accepted).
Hi,
which Toontrack products are you using?
Your Forum ID and email address doesn’t have any tied to them, so I can’t tell.

Hi,
When I bought Alesis USB Studio Drum kit ,its also included EZdrummer Lite .But I could not Register New Product because your system said my serial was Invalid. Id sent my problem to you (ABOUT —> Contact shipping .. ) yesterday.
My EZdrummer Lite serial number is : 4323-****-****-****-****-2fb5
OK,
when you get sorted on the serial, please download the latest Toontrack solo from your Toontrack account and I would recommend uninstalling the EZdrummer Lite version you got on disc and use the Full Download version that will show up in your account after registered instead.
You may have an old print.

John

Hi,
I installed successful. Thank for your help! But now I have another problem. My problem is the sound from my computer slower than my Drum ,hic hic.
Some information about my Computer :
_Dell XPS core I7 3.40GHZ
_Ram 8.00Gb
_Window 7 (64 bit)
_Audio Device: Realtek Digital Output
Please tell me what things that I need more to play music with my Computer.
Best Regards,
HI,
I watch FLASH TUTORIAL and I see Memory the kit currently using in that video is 267MB.
But my is just 154MB.
How can I increase it
Regard,
Well,
you need an ASIO driver to get low latency while playing and the Flash Tutorial would show you the EZdrummer interface and you have got the limited EZdrummer Lite, so that explains the lower MB count.

John

HI,
Thank for your help! I made it. But I can not play my drum with songs in my computer at the same time.
Either I play my drum ( set ASIO4all v2) or listen to music.
There any way to play with playback?
BR,
This would be entirely up to your Audio interface and it’s drivers, not anything set in Toontrack products.
BR,
John
