Hi!!

I am to buy secondhand EZD with additional EZX packs.
I’ve read FAQ, that’s not absolutely clear. I can read about written concense from seller (license owner) prior to a sale. OK, written on paper, e-mail?? Where to send it?? How should I know that license is now free, and I can pay him now??

Sorry, impossible to fill all fields, have to fill product and it’s serial number. I’m recognizing possibility to license transfer, don’t know serial number of it 🙁

Please forward that FAQ link to the seller so he can get in contact with Toontrack to set up the transfer as the he/she (the seller) is required to do so before re-selling.

If the seller has already done this, he/she should give you some type of guarantee that the transfer was done properly (IOW, he has followed the FAQ and contacted Toontrack) before you purchase.
