I would love additional drum tutor/practice functionality in Solo.
Nice features would include:
1) advanced metronome with more subdivisions and the ability to quickly add 1/8, 16, triplets, etc while the metronome is playing
a) have the metronome increase in a user settable amount per x amount of bars (e.g. increase tempo 2 BPM every 16 bars.)
2) ability to load audio files to play along with. I know I can have VLC playing along side solo, but it would be handy to have a list of favorites, etc right inside solo
3) Visual display of where the hit notes are landing, good way to see how far off of the click, etc. one is.

MIDI controller: Roland A-37, Jamstik Studio, MCU Pro + expander
Drum Brain: Yamaha DTX 900, RHH135 hihat, 2 crash and 1 ride cymbal, 4 toms.
true enough with the DAW but it is very manual, I’d like to recreate for the most part what I can do in my DTX brain with Superior. It just is a faster way to work IMHO than doing it in the DAW. Maybe I am just lazy 🙂
