Of all the nites to have my TD-20 kit screw up it was on new years eve. Had the nite all setup to jam and party with friends!
When i plugged the kit into our pa that nite for the first time the td-20 module was causing a wierd humm in the PA and a few people suggested it could be caused by a bad ground.
The day before everything was working perfectly and everything was setup exactly the same way! We tried everything to try and get the hum out of the PA and after several hours of checkin everything i grabbed the power cord where it plugs into the td-20 and bang the hum was gone!!
So we are 100% sure that the problem is with the plug getting loose and definatey needing to be changed!
Has anyone else had this problem and if you did how did you get it fixed??
Im thinkin i will have to ship my module back to ROLAND for repairs and will definately be experiencing some downtime.
How long does roland take to actually fix something like this?????
Any feedback and tips on this issue would be greatly appreciated!!
THANKS
