The box I left the store with had a total of 20 CD’s in it – expansion packs, etc. There were two CD’s specific to Toontrack / EZ Drummer & on disc 1 was listed the following:
+ EZDrummer
+ Vintage Rock EZX
+ Latin Percussion EZX
+ Drumkit from Hell EZX
+ Nashville EZX
+ EZPlayer pro
+ Drumtracker

So I installed EZ Drummer as per the instructions in the PDF manual.

Is there some online download I should have pulled the install file in from instead of the CD’s?

If you purchased an upgrade serial number from GC, you must have an EZdrummer Lite version registered. If you don’t have one already registered you need to return to GC and purchase the correct serial number i.e. not an upgrade serial number but the full product serial number.

Gotcha – I’m on it. Will hit the store tomorrow and get it sorted out.

Will report back my “findings” in case anyone else runs into this issue in the future.
