The Publisher could not be verified !

EZdrummer Help

…….are you sure you want to run this software….that is what it is telling me when I click on the desktop icon for EZdrummer. I went to toontrack website and registered the serial number for this product that I purchased from “Musicians Friend” store. When I put the CD in my computer disc drive (PC computer) i clicked on install for PC , then download EZdrummer and then got this message—“ERROR-1308.source file not found..ect…ect…Verify that the file exisits and that you can access it.” …..Then the program started “Rolling Back”.

Can someone help me with this problem and let me know what to do, or what I am doing wrong ?

I have Windows Vista for PC.

Please download the full installer from your Toontrack account (see pic below) and install from there instead of from the DVD and make sure to download and install the EZD update (1.2.0).

Thanks for getting back to me. I right clicked on that attachment above and saved it to my desktop….hope that is what I was supposed to do…it seems to be taking awhile to download, does an hour and 50 minutes sound right ?

I’ll let you know if it works or let me know if I am doing something wrong.

I GOT IT !!!!!! THANKS FOR THE HELP !

Now I just need to figure out how to import drum tracks (or mp3 files) to Audacity recording program. Is there a easy way to do this ?
