help! Latency with SD2 in Win 7 on dual core laptop

I just recently got SD2. I’m using a Roland Handsonic HPD-10 controller. SD2 is installed on a Lenovo G450 laptop – 4GB RAM, 160 GB HD, dual core (2.16 Ghz). I am using Windows 7 Ultimate. I am using ASIO4ALL but have no idea what settings I should use. I have tried using ToonTrack Solo and VST Host but both have horrible latency. I have set ToonTrack Solo to “edrum” mode but ti didn’t help much. Suggestions on reducing latency would be appreictaed.

A latency of 128 samples should get you decent playability.

I use the ASIO4ALL driver on my Vista but haven’t had any luck getting it to work with TT Solo. It works great in Reaper though.
