    I just tried contacting support again. This is what I get when I try to send my request:

    Client error ‘80070057’

    Client:Incorrect number of parameters supplied for SOAP request HRESULT=0x80070057: The parameter is incorrect. – Client:Unspecified client error. HRESULT=0x80070057: The parameter is incorrect.

    Hi,

    if your product package was already opened and the serial already in use, you have got to return it to Musician’s Friend.

    Thanks John, will do. Is there any reason for difficulty with installation on the new imacs? I also had trouble installing EZDrummer lite. I read another poster here that had similar difficulty that seemed to go unresolved.

    Okay, Musician’s Friend is sending another copy. I just really hope I don’t get a “Failed Installation” notice right off the bat again this time. I really want this to work, but I’m not feeling to secure about it. We’ll see.

    Appears from the FAQ’s that I’ll need vers. 1.2.1 to work on my system. I hope that’s what they reship this time.

    even if they don’t, which is likely, the full product can be downloaded from our site. You obviously need a license serial first and foremost however.

    Apology for the inconvenience but retailers should really know better than put back shop returns on the shelves…

    I am having the same trouble contacting support.  When attemping to submit the form I get:

    My problem is I’ve had to re-install ezdrummer on my system but I cannot re-register the product as I need an additional code.

    The only way I can see to get a new code is to contact support using the form that doesn’t work.

    Cannot find a phone number anywhere so would be really grateful if someone from Toontrack support can help me on the forum.

    do you have Javascript disable in your browser? regardless, the most likely is that you are not filling in all the required fields – that would be those marked with an * next to them.

    I had javascript enabled, but couldn’t submit my request. I think it was a Catch 22 though, from not being able to register the product with the bad serial # before contacting them. Maybe. I’m using Safari 4.0.3. I probably should have tried it with Firefox too.

    btw, I have freed up some codes – probably for you, although since you registered to these forums with a different email address I could well have serviced an account that isn’t yours.

    Got the replacement today. I guess it was the latest version, because I had no problems installing it at all!

    Hi, I’m having a big issue with windows 7 and multiple users on the same computer being able to use ezdrummer. I’m having a really tough time contacting anyone for help. Java is enabled, and I tried the obedia site with my toontrack login info (did not recognize), can someone please give me some direction for support. Thanks! (furthermore, my admin account is saying my computer is not authorized to run….. already auth’d it but it somehow came undone).

    From the “Contact Support” page I’m getting the following message (same as audiodrifter and brownhouse):

    Hi my installation disc doesnt work om my imac. It says installation faild. I bought EZ drummer and installed it on my pc it crashed, so i bought a new computer the latest Imac. Installation says good for two workstations. I tried everything dowloading, cant contact support, message faild. Just cant get it to work, what to do? K man

    Please help!  I purchased EZ Drummer from a friend I work with and I believe his brother owned it before him…I tried registering the product and comes back as already registered.  Therefore I am unable to use the program!  Program is giving me Computer ID and the back of the DVD sleeve has the serial number, but cannot register.  There is no phone number for tech help.
