OK dont know who this question should be addressed to, but when i use superior 2.0 live on my td 20, vibrations are triggering one of the cymbals. I have wood floors at home with no rug underneath and it doesnt happen then, only live on stage. On the td20 the cymbals are mounted to the rack, but i’ve tried a seperate cymbal stand but it still didnt fix it. Is there anything in the software i can do? is there anything in the td 20 i can do? anyone? the problem is i cant test out any solution till im on stage, and its a little too late then.
any help would be greatly appriciated.
Try adjusting the crosstalk and sensitivity settings in the TD20’s brain.

I don’t have the TD20 in front of me.. but I believe you press the Trigger button then hit the pad to edit it’s settings.
Ask over at: http://www.vdrums.com/forum/
or consult the TD20 manual.

lol, yeah somehow managed to miss the ‘trigger’ button on the module , jesus if its this bad at 28 what am i gonna be like at 58? I changed the velocity fader on the cymbal, hope that solves it. I thought there might have been some setting in superior or something, but hopefully this phantom cymbal doesnt make a comeback.
Question for you though, why was it that when i plugged directly into the TD20 on stage, i didnt get the phantom cymbal triggering when using a preset. It was only when plugging into superior 2.0 (using the same preset on the module) did the phantom cymbal start?
any ideas?
