Verifying forever library files

So I purchased Superior Drummer 3 yesterday. I was able to download the software, but when I came to download library files it has been stuck on verifying for hours now.

Operating system: macOS Mojave (10.14)

Only “Verifying”? Is the progress bar moving at all (the progress bar on the left side if you expand the download list with cmd-D)?
